1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and our company.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY

• Services will be delivered as specified in the service agreement
• Timeline estimates are non-binding unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify service scope with notice

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide all necessary information, access credentials, and resources required for service delivery. This includes maintaining timely communication, providing feedback when requested, and ensuring availability for project-related discussions.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment schedules as specified in service agreements
• Late payments subject to additional fees
• Service may be suspended for overdue payments

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All deliverables, including but not limited to designs, code, documents, and creative works, remain our exclusive property until full payment is received. Usage rights are granted as specifically outlined in the service agreement.

6. SERVICE CANCELLATION

Cancellation terms, including notice periods and associated fees, are as specified in your service agreement. Early termination may result in pro-rated charges or cancellation fees.
